Columbia 911 dispatched East Chatham Firefighters, Chatham Rescue and under automatic mutual aid Philmont Rescue to a one car rollover accident on Route 295 at Barnegat Road in the Town of Canaan. Units were dispatched at 21:37.

The eastbound vehicle crossed the center line going across the roadway and hitting some guardrails and rolling over. The vehicle landed upright.

Philmont Rescue was cancelled and Chatham Rescue transported one patient to BMC in Pittsfield, MA.

The Columbia County Sheriff's Department investigated.

Fire units were back in service at 22:34.
