Columbia County 911 dispatched Philmont Firefighters and Philmont Rescue at 10:34 for a reported
gasoline spill at the Stewarts Store at 116 Main Street in the Village of Philmont.
Upon arrivial units reported
about 15 gallons was spilled with some of the gasoline going into nearby storm drains.
Command requested
mutual aid from Mellenville and the Columbia County Hazmat Team.
Columbia County Cars 3 and 5 were on the
scene from the Fire Coordinators Office.
