Columbia County 911 dispatched East Chatham Firefighters and Chatham Rescue at 3:39pm for an auto
accident on the Berkshire Spur of the New York State Thruway. The accident was located at milepost 18 in the westbound lane. It
was just before the B-3 tollbooth in the Town of Canaan.
One subject was transported by Chatham
Rescue to Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield Massachusetts.
New York State Police Troop T investigated.
East Chatham volunteers were back in service at 4:19pm.
